FAQ

What is the difference between standard and high cube?

Both share the same length and width. A high cube is one foot taller (9’6″ vs 8’6″ exterior), giving more vertical space for shelving or tall items.

What does Wind & Watertight (WWT) mean?

A WWT container keeps out wind and water and is suited to ground storage. It is not certified for shipping cargo overseas and will show cosmetic wear.

How much space do I need for delivery?

Tilt-bed delivery needs a firm, level, accessible surface and clear overhead space, with room for the truck to pull forward as the container slides off. We confirm your site requirements with your delivery quote.

How do I pay?

Choose credit or debit card, or bank wire transfer, at checkout. No payment is taken when you order: we first confirm your order and delivery details, then email you an invoice to pay by card or wire transfer.

What is your return and warranty policy?

You can request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Wrong, damaged, or misdescribed containers are handled by us; change-of-mind returns need written approval, and the buyer pays return transport. See our Returns and Refund Policy for full details. New containers and new trailers come with a 10-year and used containers with a 5-year limited structural warranty from the delivery date; cosmetic wear is not covered.

Do you sell trailers?

Yes. We sell new Big Tex flat bed trailers, including deckover and gooseneck models from 20 ft to 30 ft with 7 to 12 ton ratings. Each listing shows the manufacturer specifications, and standard delivery is $350 per order to eligible areas of our 28-state service area.
