LEV SHIPPING CONTAINERS accepts payment through the payment methods displayed at checkout.
This policy applies to all products we sell, including shipping containers and trailers.
How ordering and payment work
No payment is taken when you place an order on our website. After you order, we confirm your order and final delivery details. We then email you an invoice for the confirmed total.
Credit or debit card: your invoice includes a secure link to pay by card. Please do not send card details by email or phone.
Bank wire transfer: your invoice includes payment instructions. Do not send funds before you receive our invoice. Our bank details are never changed by email; please call us at +1 (626) 290-2366 to confirm them before sending any funds.
Your order is confirmed once the invoice is paid and the payment has cleared.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards: accepted cards are displayed at checkout.
Debit cards: eligible debit cards supported by our payment processor.
Wire transfer: bank-to-bank transfers for customers who prefer to pay directly from their bank account.
A payment method is not considered available merely because it is mentioned in a policy. It must be operational and accessible to eligible customers.
2. Currency and Total Price
Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory costs will be disclosed before order completion.
3. Payment Authorization
Orders may require payment authorization and verification. An order may remain pending until payment is approved or cleared.
Customers should not submit duplicate payments when a transaction appears delayed. Contact us first so that we can check the payment status.
4. Invoices and Deposits
Where an invoice, deposit or installment arrangement is offered, the payment amounts, due dates and applicable conditions will be disclosed in writing before the customer agrees.
5. Payment Security
Payments are processed through the available payment provider or secure checkout. We will not ask customers to send full card details or card security codes through ordinary email.
6. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment fails, appears duplicated or is charged incorrectly, contact info@levshippingcontainers.us with your order number and transaction reference. Do not include your full card number or security code.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy and returned through the original payment method where possible.
