3. Products and Specifications
We may offer new, used, one-trip, Wind and Water Tight (WWT), Cargo Worthy (CW), High Cube, open-side, refrigerated and other specialized shipping containers.
Product descriptions identify the specifications and condition represented by each listing. Buyers should review the listed dimensions, condition, features, included accessories and delivery details before ordering.
Used containers may have normal signs of previous use, including scratches, dents, surface rust, faded paint, patches and other wear consistent with the condition grade stated in the listing.
WWT does not automatically mean cargo-worthy, certified for international shipping, structurally perfect or suitable for every intended use. Cargo Worthy does not guarantee compliance with every transportation, building or regulatory requirement.
Product images may be illustrative. Where a representative image is used instead of a photograph of the exact unit, that fact will be disclosed. We will not intentionally misrepresent a product’s condition, features or availability.
4. Prices and Additional Costs
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.
The product price, applicable taxes, delivery charges and any other mandatory charges will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.
Unless expressly included in the listing or checkout total, prices do not include delivery, site preparation, unloading assistance, permits, installation, modifications or other third-party services.
Delivery charges may depend on the destination ZIP code, container dimensions, equipment requirements and site accessibility. Any additional charge must be disclosed and agreed upon before the order is finalized.
We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical or technical pricing errors, subject to applicable law. We will contact customers affected by a material error before charging a corrected amount.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the listed product.
An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may contact you to verify product availability, delivery access, payment authorization or other essential order details.
If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify the customer and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled order, subject to applicable law.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization and fraud-prevention checks. We do not request customers to disclose their complete payment-card details by ordinary email.
For approved invoice-based transactions, any deposit, installment schedule or balance due will be stated in the written quotation or sales agreement and accepted by the customer before payment.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date is expressly confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier availability, equipment requirements, road restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide an accurate delivery address, a working contact number and information about site access.
8. Inspection and Reporting Problems
Customers should inspect their container upon delivery, where reasonably possible, and document visible damage, incorrect products or material discrepancies with photographs.
Please report delivery damage or product discrepancies to info@levshippingcontainers.us as soon as possible.
Reporting a problem after delivery does not waive any rights available under applicable law.
9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Returns and Refund Policy.
Customers should read that policy before purchasing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Product Use and Compliance
Customers are responsible for determining whether a container is suitable for their intended use, including storage, transportation, construction, modification or refrigeration.
Customers must obtain any permits, inspections or approvals required for their intended use. Containers must not be used in a way that violates applicable laws or safety requirements.
11. Warranty
Any manufacturer, supplier or seller warranty applicable to a product will be identified in the relevant listing or written sales agreement. See our Product Condition and Warranty Policy.
We do not claim that a container has a certification, warranty or inspection status unless that claim can be substantiated.
Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LEV SHIPPING CONTAINERS will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of a product, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Website text, original graphics, logos and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
